He's been doing modern dance for over 30 years and this is his first Tony nomination. I think he should win over Mary Poppins. Both pieces are extraordinary, but Spring Awakening's choreography looks like nothing else we've seen on Broadway in a long time. It's haunting, visceral, and unforgettable, just like the music.
