No Old Country for Old Men

Saw it last night after work, by myself, while I ate some very tasty popcorn.

I don't get the title or what the story meant. What was this movie of murder and flawed characters about? And what was up with Tommy Lee Jones' last monologue? I didn't get it.

Javier Bardem is fantastic. He gave one of most compelling performances I've seen since Heath Ledger in Brokeback Mountain. I hope he cleans up in this year's award shows.

So, would I recommend it? Yes. Should you see it in the movies for $12!!! That's right folks, movies in New York City are now $12!!!! I'd say NO!!

It's the same price here in Australia unless its cheap tickets Tuesday.

Gold Class tickets are $25/- and you get a recliner and a waiter that will take in your order at specific times in the theatre itself. How luxurious is that...oh and you pay extra for that glass of champagne.
