Not sure if some of you heard about this, but the New York City Subway system was flooded and rush hour sent to a grinding halt. It took me three and a half hours to get to work.
I should have taken my camera! More stories to follow, but now I'm off to Chelsea to dinner with a friend. Italian...no sushi!! I'll let you know what I get.

Where 's the gondolier? Maybe we need to 'channel' some of the war funding to infrastructure instead...
Very well said. I was talking about that with a co worker.
It's very important have mass transit working properly when possible. Incidents like this gives people who would do NYC harm ideas to do so.
