Last Day of 2007

If you're a fan of numerology like me than you know that 2007 translated to a nine year. That's a year of endings in preparation for next year's new beginnings.

I spent a lot of time this year
  • blogging
  • reading
  • writing
For my birthday in January I finally got the laptop I had been waiting to get. It was black, soft and perfect. I had been without a good computer for a long time. This time I had the latest and greatest and was in heaven. I got so much joy out of being mobile! In May I decided to give blogging a chance and blogged about what was on my mind. In late May, I discovered Hadi's blog. It's similar to mine, but with much better photography. His blog became essential reading for me for the second half of the year. Even now, I miss our regular posts, but that will change when my schedule settles down.

So in 2007 I found a new friend and rediscovered that I need to cultivate a love I've had for a long time. This year I will find the best way to do that.

Many thanks this year goes out to:

  • Mom - your voice is one of the most calming things on Earth
  • B - My brother, I love you. Being friends for almost fourteen years means that even in silence we speak volumes.
  • E - The Globe trotter. You've got to take me with you sometime Daddy!
  • Peter and Pinoyboy - Keep doing what you're doing!
  • Strawberry - You keep giving and giving!
  • T & B - Nine years together! You give me hope. Enjoy your iMac
  • My crew - See you in NYC for my birthday party at Rosa Mexicano
  • Ro - you are one of the coolest women I know that I call friend. See you in 2008
  • Blackberry - cause you keep me in touch
Big hugs and love to all. May you find that light inside no matter how small. Please, don't keep it to yourself! Let it shine!

Love,
kevin
