Today we went to the park. I was nervous about taking her to the dog run, but she behaved beautifully. She loves meeting new dogs and loves to walk. We spent about an hour there and she was a trooper!
I have to keep reminding myself that I can't keep her for these reasons:
I out of the apartment 12 hours a day or longer.
I don't get home until late during the week.
I'll have to hire a dog walker.
When I picked her up last night, I felt this big weight of responsibility. I thought that I would drop her etc., but as the time goes by I feel this protectiveness over her.
Well, tomorrow I pick up the car and start driving to my mom's house. Wish me luck!
