Absofuckinlutely...

Well, tonight is the night...
I haven't been so excited for a movie since Phantom Menace! Sex and the City is not just a showcase for an amazing writing staff and production, but for New York City and friendships. To this day I treasure my friendships and seeing a group of adults care for and reflect some of my own friendships makes me emotional and from the first episode I saw. Season 3, episode 1 I was hooked.
Who am I you ask?
...every single one!
Unexpectedly New York
I thought I would head to Central Park, take some pictures and go home. I met a good friend in the village around 4pm and we sat and sat and sat watching the colorful people in the village, the pier to be exact. I couldn't take pictures of them, but believe me they were very colorful. One of the highlights were the jump ropers. Double dutch, singles...very entertaining.
With a little extra time I got a chance to take in the pier before it got too hot outside.
Summer is just around the corner.

My New Favorite Playwright

I saw Four of Us on Sunday and really enjoyed it. He definitely speaks to my generation and that was very comforting. Lots of times plays speak to the baby boomers. This afternoon I thought I'd check out what Itamar Moses looked like (I was curious) Loe and behold...
He's beautiful...
Yeah I know it's shallow, but at least I saw his play first!
Economic Turnaround?
I love how economists are saying that a turnaround is happening but the United States should expect unemployment to rise and a recession.
Isn't this more wishful thinking more than anything. The stock market works mostly off perception, so if people think the economy is getting better, won't it? Meanwhile, people are losing their home because of preditory lending and banks are getting bailed out. Isn't there something wrong with that.
Talk about welfare!

Oil hits $127.00
I have a question for people who drive. How high will gas have to be before you stop driving these big useless trucks and SUV's?
$8, $9, $10 a gallon?
$8, $9, $10 a gallon?
Devastating Photo

My mouth dropped when I saw this. How terrible. My heart goes out to the men, women and children of China.
Danny Wood and The New Kids are back
How did I miss this? The New Kids(men) performed on the Today Show In the rain and the cold. Here's a snippet from the Today Show performance.
