Another consumer portable device will drop Saturday to I'm sure rave reviews.
I have to say i'm looking forward to the "touch" fun of the device.
Touching a screen to perform a task is very compelling . It's like you are part of something instead of just a spectator. As devices come out I ask myself if I need them or not. This time it is more of a want than I need because I really like tech and gadgets. With my many portable devices: iPod, Palm Pre, PSP, and laptop I take my laptop fewer and fewer places because most things like the the Pre or iPod can perform most functions. My main concern is battery life. I have dedicated devices so that I'm not caught without music or entertainment. If that happens, what do I do?
I won't have this revolutionary device this weekend, but i will when the time is right.
Do not put off what you can do today. Express yourself and let your shine. These are my thoughts and feelings...now.

What do I do....?
There'll be an abundance of unambiguous choices for you to make in the coming days. I'm not implying they'll be easy, just that the different alternatives will be clearly delineated. To get you warmed up for your hopefully crisp decisions, I've compiled a a few exercises. Pick one of each of these pairs: 1. exacting homework or free-form research; 2. pitiless logic or generous fantasies; 3. precise and disciplined communication or heedless self-expression; 4. grazing like a contented sheep or rambling like a restless mountain goat.

Calvin Klein : X Underwear Spring/Summer 2010
The ad was removed....makes no sense. I found another version, but isn't the purpose for an ad to sell products??

Message to Palm

I have a palm pre and I love it as well as the operating system called WebOs. It syncs with my Gmail account (Calendar, Gmail). It's small and has a keyboard. Most importantly, I like being able to change the wallpaper on the phone and multitask (it really makes a difference).
There are other platforms that are out there that I enjoy that have been out for a few years now. With that said, WebOS is a maturing operating system for it's kind and doesn't get the credit it deserves. It's only been live since June of 2009.
Palm needs to get their handset into the hands of as many people as possible. Why would you choose Palm's WebOS over another platform? Palm's advertising needs to answer that question. Here's some suggestions:
- Synergy with Gmail, Facebook and Yahoo.
- Multitasking
- Actual Keyboard
- Gesture Area
- Wallpaper
- Camera w/flash
- Multiple carriers
