Today while I was headed here (Grounded) during my lunch break I passed an ASPCA presentation. I've always thought about getting a dog, but currently don't have one because I'm never home.
It's interesting that you have to apply to take in a dog and if you're approved you'll be allowed to adopt one.
All I have to say is that same model needs to be applied to people wanting children.
I agree and I predict in the future that will be the case. Inevitable don't you think?
